The Real Deal Boat Tours runs this website. This page explains what information we receive through it and which outside services it uses.

Information you send us

Enquiry form. Your name, email address and message and, if you choose, your phone or WhatsApp number, the tour you are interested in and your preferred date. The form is emailed to our inbox at info@therealdealboattours.com. It is not stored in the website’s database.

Booking and quote requests. Depending on the request: the date, departure and number of guests; your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number; flight number and arrival time, hotel or drop-off location and luggage details; and any special requests. Cruise ship guests also share their ship name, arrival time and all-aboard time before continuing to checkout. Requests are emailed to us, and a copy is kept in the website’s private admin area so that no request is lost.

Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we receive the details you choose to share. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Bookings and payments

When you book a tour online, you enter your guest and payment details in FareHarbor’s secure checkout, not on this website. FareHarbor processes that information under its own privacy terms. We never ask for card details in forms on this website.

Analytics, reviews and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed and when a booking button is clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies.

Some pages show guest reviews through widgets from Trustindex (Google reviews) and Elfsight. These load from the providers’ own servers, which may set their own cookies.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor and WhatsApp open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Website and email providers

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Emails from the website are sent through our email provider, Namecheap Private Email.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to answer your questions, arrange and run your tour or transfer, send booking details and updates, and keep the records we need for accounting and legal purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services named on this page, and with people who help us deliver your tour, such as a private taxi driver for an airport transfer or a land tour, when they need it to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, requests and booking records only as long as we need them to deliver your tour and meet our accounting and legal obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it by emailing info@therealdealboattours.com. We will reply within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some booking records where the law requires it.

Marketing

We do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as review widgets, may not work fully without them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the new version on this page.
